Thrifty Recessionista: go with the flow

flowy tops and dresses are really amazing, especially here where it's sunny (almost) all the time.
they're cooling, very comfortable and u can look uber stylish in a laid back kinda way. pair tops with shorts and gladiators, or add a headband and fringe-y bags for a hippie chick look. fret not, flowy tops go with jeans and leggings as well, so for those not keen on wearing shorts, u can still rock the look.
